Hairdealz sells hair loss treatments, scalp care and tools, and we write guides about the same products. This page explains who writes them, where the facts come from, how we use AI tools and what to do if you spot a mistake.
Who writes our content
Our guides and product pages are written by the Hairdealz team: people who work with these products every day. We are not doctors or pharmacists, and nothing we publish is medical advice. If you are unsure whether a treatment suits you, for example because you are pregnant, have a medical condition or take other medicines, ask a doctor or pharmacist first.
Where our facts come from
- Medicines (how to use them, the dose, what they do, the warnings and the side effects): the package leaflet and the pack, together with published medical studies.
- Background on conditions and treatments: medical reference sites such as DermNet and the NHS, and medicines regulators.
- Strength, size, contents and price: our own product data.
- The questions customers ask us, without names or personal details.
We do not make claims about a product that its leaflet or the research does not support.
How we use AI tools
We use AI tools to help us draft, translate and check texts. A person edits and approves every text before it goes live. We never use AI to give medical advice or to make images of treatment results, and we never put customer or health data into public AI tools.
Translations
Hairdealz is available in 21 languages. Translations are made with the help of software and checked by a person. If something reads wrong in your language, please tell us.
Keeping content up to date
We review a guide when a leaflet, a product or a price changes, and we correct errors as soon as we know about them.
Our commercial interest
We sell the products we write about, and we earn money when you buy them. That is why we keep to the facts from the leaflet, the pack and the research, show prices as they are, and say so when a product is not the right choice for someone.
