No. Our stock ships from within the EU, so customers in Europe pay no import duties, customs handling fees or surprise charges — all prices include VAT. The price at checkout is the full price.

Yes — orders ship in plain packaging with no indication of the contents.

Yes. As soon as your order ships you'll receive an email with a track & trace link so you can follow your parcel to your door.

Shipping Protection is an optional add-on (€2,50) that covers your order if it's lost or damaged in transit. It's added once per order and you can switch it off in the cart with the toggle if you don't want it.

Yes. You can return unused, unopened products in their original condition within 14 days of receiving your order, in line with our Refund Policy and the EU right of withdrawal. Email support@hairdealz.com with your order number to start a return.

Minoxidil is one of the few hair-loss treatments that's clinically proven and licensed for hereditary (male- and female-pattern) hair loss. Applied to the scalp daily, it helps regrow hair and slow further thinning. It works best when started early and used consistently.

Some extra shedding early on can be a normal sign that follicles are shifting into a new growth phase. It usually settles within a few weeks. Don't stop — stopping resets your progress.

Both contain the same active ingredient. The lotion is the classic format and usually cheaper; the foam dries faster, feels less greasy and skips propylene glycol, which suits sensitive scalps. Men's products are typically 5% used twice daily. For women there are 2% lotions (twice daily) and 5% once-daily foams — the schedules differ for a reason. Always follow the label and patient leaflet, and see our guide for women if you're choosing a strength.

Not without speaking to a pharmacist or doctor first. The men's twice-daily 5% schedule delivers a higher total daily dose than the licensed women's options, which is linked to a higher chance of unwanted facial hair growth. Women's formulations exist for exactly this reason.

Minoxidil only works while you use it — if you stop, regrown hair is gradually lost again over the following months. That's why we sell multi-month supplies: consistency is what protects your results.

Yes — microneedling is often paired with minoxidil. Use 0.5mm needles once or twice a week, keep the roller clean, and never apply minoxidil straight after rolling: wait until the skin has fully settled. Yes. Ketoconazole shampoo and minoxidil do different jobs and don't conflict — just use them at different times of day rather than back to back, since a freshly washed wet scalp isn't ideal for a leave-on treatment. See our ketoconazole guide.

No — Kirkland's men's foam has been discontinued by the manufacturer and is no longer made. Kirkland's men's range is lotion-only; a Kirkland foam still exists in the women's formulation. For a men's foam, look at Rogaine, Foligain or Growplex foam.
