At HairDealz, we aim to provide a fast, transparent, and reliable delivery experience. This Shipping Policy outlines our processing times, delivery estimates, and shipping costs.

By placing an order on our website, you agree to the terms outlined below.

1. Order Processing

  • Processing Time: 0- 1 business day (Monday – Friday) 
  • Orders are not processed on weekends or public holidays
  • Order cut-off time will be 11:00 PM(GMT) Greenwich Mean Time (London).

Once your order has been processed, it will be handed over to one of our delivery partners.

2. Shipping Carriers

We work with trusted logistics providers to ensure reliable delivery:

  • PostNL
  • DHL
  • DPD
  • Mondial Relay

The selected carrier may vary depending on your location.

3. Delivery Times 

International (Worldwide)

  • Estimated Delivery Time: 3–5 business days
  • Delivery Days: Monday – Friday

Please note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to external factors such as customs, peak periods, or courier delays. 

4. Shipping Costs

All shipping costs are clearly displayed at checkout before payment.

5. Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number, allowing you to monitor your delivery in real time.

6. Delays & Liability

While we strive to meet all delivery estimates, HairDealz is not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Courier disruptions
  • Customs clearance procedures
  • Incorrect shipping information provided by the customer

7. Cancellations

  • Orders can be canceled before they are processed
  • Once an order has been processed or shipped, cancellation is no longer possible
  • In such cases, please refer to our Refund & Return Policy

8. Damaged or Lost Packages

If your order arrives damaged:

  • Refuse the package if possible
  • Or contact our support team immediately with photos

If your package is marked as delivered but not received, please contact us within 48 hours so we can investigate with the courier.

9. Incorrect Address

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details.

If an incorrect address is provided:

  • We are not liable for lost shipments
  • Additional shipping fees may apply for reshipment
