For women aged 45 and over, Nutrafol has its own formula: Nutrafol for Women 45+. It is a different product from the version for younger women, and the boxes look alike, so check the age on the pack.
Like the other Nutrafol formulas, it is a food supplement for daily use. The dose is four capsules a day with a meal, and 120 capsules last a month. Do not take more than the recommended amount. It comes as a single month or as a 2 to 6-month pack at a lower price per month.

In the age group it is made for. Nutrafol for Women 18-44 is formulated for women up to 44; this formula is for women from 45 onwards. The two are not interchangeable. For men there is Nutrafol for Men.

Is Nutrafol for Women 45+ a medicine?
