What to expect, month by month

Weeks 1–3: old, thin hairs shed to make way for new hairs to grow in. This is normal and settles on its own.
Months 2–4: soft new hairs start appearing across the treated area.

6 months+: keep using it twice a day to maintain results and prevent further loss.

Start with dry hair and a dry scalp.
Part your hair to expose the thinning area.
Hold the can upside down and dispense half a capful of foam onto your fingers. Run your hands under cold water first — the foam melts on warm skin before you can spread it.
Work it into the scalp itself, not into the lengths of your hair.
Spread evenly across the whole area you are treating.
Wash your hands straight away.
Let it dry, usually a few minutes, before styling.

Half a capful twice daily is the full dose whether the thinning area is small or large. Using more does not produce faster results.

Leave around four hours before washing your hair so the dose is not rinsed away.
