Free Dermastamp - (0.5–3.0 mm)

Press straight down, lift straight up, and never drag it sideways.

1. Set your depth. Choose the shallowest setting that suits what you are doing, and check it is locked before you start.
2. Disinfect the head before use and let it dry.
3. Start on a clean, dry scalp. Never use it on broken, irritated, sunburnt or infected skin.
4. Press the stamp gently onto the target area and lift it straight back off. Do not drag it — that is what tears skin.
5. Move to the next spot, slightly overlapping, and repeat across the area.
6. Disinfect thoroughly after use and return it to its case.

Do not apply minoxidil or any other topical product immediately afterwards. Wait around 24 hours. Freshly needled skin absorbs far more into the bloodstream than intact skin does.

Recovery time rises steeply with depth:

• 0.5 mm — several days between sessions
• 1.0–1.5 mm — often two to three weeks
• 2.0 mm and above — longer again, and not something to do routinely on a scalp

• One person, one stamp. Never share it.
• Replace the head once needles feel dull or look bent.
• Check the depth setting every session. Adjustable heads can drift.

Stamp or roller — which is better?

Neither, they suit different jobs. A roller covers large areas faster; a stamp is more precise around hairlines and edges and does not drag the needles sideways.

Should I use the full 3.0 mm?

Almost certainly not on your scalp. The range extends that far because the tool is also sold for body use. Deeper means more discomfort, more bleeding and much longer recovery, not better results.

Can I apply minoxidil straight after?

No. Wait around 24 hours. This matters more here than with the shallow roller, because the depths available are greater.

How often can I use it?

Depends on depth — several days at 0.5 mm, two to three weeks at 1.0–1.5 mm, longer beyond that. Always let the scalp recover fully first.

Is it more painful than a roller?

At the same depth, usually less, because the needles enter and leave along the same path rather than being dragged. At greater depths it is more uncomfortable regardless of the tool.

Will it regrow my hair?

We are not claiming that. It is a tool. Minoxidil is the licensed over-the-counter treatment for hereditary hair loss.
